In our last installment, we moved from the Apple Music embedded player to the YouTube iframe player and used the YouTube API to add the simplest scripting. Here’s our next playlist and the next version of the player. We're creating the YouTube playlist locally rather than create it within YouTube and name it there. Works mostly fine, except that two of the tracks don't seem to be available for inline streaming. Fair enough – they are not mine. Also, the default Ghost theme used applies some obnoxious styles to the table element that I just can't be bothered to fix at the moment. Fortunately, we have six playlists left to turn Ghost and YouTube into something as capable and stylish as a 2010-era iPad. Well, maybe not as stylish as that.
